Green Power Smoothie (Spinach, Banana & Hemp)

Ingredients
- 1 handful Baby Spinach
- 1 medium Ripe Banana
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds (Hulled)
- 0.75 cup Whole Milk or Plant Milk
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 drop Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare the spinach: Wash the baby spinach leaves thoroughly and remove any thick stems.
- Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks. Using a frozen banana will make the smoothie extra creamy.
- Place the spinach, banana chunks, hemp seeds, and your choice of milk into a high-speed blender.
- Add a small squeeze of fresh lemon or a splash of orange juice. This Vitamin C boost is vital for iron absorption from the spinach.
- Add a tiny drop of vanilla extract for a more dessert-like aroma that toddlers love.
