Creamy Yogurt & Berry Frozen Pops

A refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with creamy Greek yogurt and antioxidant-rich berries. Perfect for teething toddlers, these pops are naturally sweet and packed with calcium.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup Blueberries
- 0.25 cup Strawberries
- 0.5 piece Banana
- 1 drop Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare the berries: Wash the blueberries and strawberries. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- Place the berries and the half banana into a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Safety Step: Ensure there are no large fruit chunks left, as frozen chunks can be a choking hazard.
- In a medium bowl, gently fold the fruit puree into the Greek yogurt. You can swirl them together for a marbled effect or mix completely for a uniform color.
- Add a tiny drop of vanilla extract if using, and stir well.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone mini-pop molds. Silicone is best for easy removal.
- Safety Step: If using sticks, ensure they are securely embedded and use short, toddler-safe handles. Alternatively, you can freeze the mixture in an ice cube tray to make small 'yogurt bites' that are easier to supervise.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To serve, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the pop.
- Supervise your toddler closely while eating to ensure they don't break off a large frozen piece.
