Watermelon and Strawberry Cooling Pops

Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Place the cubed watermelon, fresh strawberries, lime juice, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender.
- Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a completely smooth, liquid consistency.
- Carefully pour the fruit liquid into baby-sized popsicle molds, leaving about half a centimeter of space at the top for expansion.
- Secure the handles or sticks and place the molds in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours, or until the pops are completely solid.
- To serve, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the pop.
