Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 2 tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 piece Apple or Pear
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats with 4 tablespoons of water, breast milk, or formula.
- Cover and let the oats soak for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge) until they are completely soft and mushy.
- Peel a ripe apple or pear and grate it using the fine side of a grater to create a safe, soft pulp.
- Stir the grated fruit and the plain Greek yogurt into the soaked oats.
- Optional: Add a tiny pinch of ground cinnamon for extra flavor.
- Mix well until the consistency is thick but scoopable.
- Serve immediately at room temperature or slightly chilled.
