Three-Ingredient Yogurt Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a small loaf tin or baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and shredded cheese. Mix with a fork until a shaggy dough begins to form.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth and uniform. If the dough feels sticky, chill it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each into a smooth ball and arrange them side by side in the prepared tin.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until the tops are lightly golden and the rolls feel firm when tapped.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Safety step: For younger toddlers, tear the rolls into small, soft pieces before serving. The interior should be fully cooked and not doughy.
