Ingredients
- 200 grams Whole Wheat Conchiglie Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- 1 medium Cooked Chicken Breast
- 150 ml Low-Sodium Chicken Stock
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Basil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 50 grams Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta in boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent.
- Add the crushed garlic and diced tomatoes to the pan, cooking for about one minute until the tomatoes begin to soften.
- Stir in the diced cooked chicken, chicken stock, chopped basil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the grated parmesan cheese before serving warm.
