Soothing Breast Milk or Formula Teething Pops

These simple frozen treats are a wonderful way to help soothe your baby's sore gums during teething. By using familiar breast milk or formula as a base, you provide comfort and hydration in a fun, chilly format. They are perfectly sized for little hands to hold and explore.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh breast milk or prepared formula
- 3 tablespoons Blueberries or other soft fruit
Instructions
- Measure out your fresh breast milk or prepared formula.
- If you choose to add fruit, such as a few blueberries or a slice of mango, place it into a blender with the liquid.
- Blend the mixture on high until it is completely smooth and no chunks remain.
- Carefully pour the liquid into small, baby-safe silicone popsicle molds or even a clean ice cube tray.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until they are frozen solid.
- Gently pop one out of the mold and let your baby gnaw on it to relieve teething pressure.
