Ricotta & Raspberry Toast Fingers

Ingredients
- 2 slice Bread
- 60 grams Ricotta Cheese
- 40 grams Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
- Toast the bread lightly until just firm enough to hold its shape but still soft enough for baby to gum.
- Cut off the crusts if they are very hard. Cut the toast into finger-width strips.
- Spread a generous layer of ricotta on each toast finger.
- Smash the raspberries with a fork and spoon a small amount on top of each ricotta-coated finger.
- Serve immediately while the toast is still soft.
