Ricotta & Raspberry Toast Fingers

Soft toast fingers spread with creamy ricotta and topped with lightly smashed raspberries. Ricotta provides protein and calcium in a smooth, spreadable form, while raspberries add natural sweetness, fiber, and vitamin C. A different twist on toast for babies who love holding finger-shaped foods.

Ingredients

  • 2 slice Bread
  • 60 grams Ricotta Cheese
  • 40 grams Fresh Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread lightly until just firm enough to hold its shape but still soft enough for baby to gum.
  2. Cut off the crusts if they are very hard. Cut the toast into finger-width strips.
  3. Spread a generous layer of ricotta on each toast finger.
  4. Smash the raspberries with a fork and spoon a small amount on top of each ricotta-coated finger.
  5. Serve immediately while the toast is still soft.
