Mini Blueberry Yogurt Bagels

These chewy, protein-rich mini bagels are made with just a few simple ingredients and no added sugar. The Greek yogurt creates a soft texture that is easy for toddlers to chew, while the blueberries add a natural pop of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line the basket with parchment paper or a light brush of oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick dough begins to form.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix so the dough doesn't turn entirely purple.
  5. Divide the dough into 20 small pieces and roll each into a small ball or a tiny ring shape.
  6. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't touching, and cook for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Let the bagels cool completely on a wire rack before serving to ensure the center is set.
