Creamy Orange Yogurt Pops

A refreshing and naturally sweet frozen treat that combines bright citrus with creamy whole milk yogurt. These popsicles are perfect for soothing sore gums during teething while providing a boost of vitamin C. By using only fruit for sweetness, they are a safe and healthy alternative to store-bought treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Orange Zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender or large bowl, combine the fresh orange juice and the whole milk yogurt.
  2. Add the finely grated orange zest and the vanilla extract to the mixture.
  3. Blend or whisk the ingredients until the texture is completely smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into baby-sized popsicle molds or silicone ice cube trays, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top for expansion.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are frozen solid.
  6. To serve, briefly run the outside of the mold under warm water to loosen the pop before offering it to your little one.
