Ingredients
- 120 grams Full-Fat Cottage Cheese
- 50 grams Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a small bowl. If the curds are large, press with a fork to break into smaller, baby-friendly pieces.
- Smash the blueberries with a fork, ensuring each berry is flattened (whole round blueberries are a choking hazard).
- Fold the smashed blueberries into the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle the hemp seeds over the top and gently stir in.
- Serve immediately. Baby can scoop with a pre-loaded spoon or eat with hands.
