Chilled Pear & Cinnamon Puree

A soothing, sweet puree that is perfect for teething babies. Naturally high in fiber to aid digestion, with a hint of cinnamon to help expand your baby's palate without added sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 medium Pear
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and core the pears. Dice them into small, even chunks.
- Place the pear chunks in a steamer basket over boiling water.
- Steam for 8-10 minutes until the pears are very soft and translucent.
- Transfer the steamed pears to a blender. Do not add extra water initially, as pears are naturally very juicy.
- Add a small pinch of ground cinnamon.
- Blend until completely smooth and silky.
- Transfer the puree to a glass container and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until thoroughly chilled.
- Serve cold to help soothe your baby's gums if they are teething.
